Maybe, maybe not. If people know someone has a high pain tolerance, and is fairly strong, they tend to assume that, even if the person is hurt, they will be fine and dawdle. Unless someone is dying, they assume it's not a major emergency. I know this the hard way.

And yes, I have left the Tylenol to others in the house and tried to just tough it out while I am in pain. Hell, I will keep trying to work hard despite being in a ton of pain. Pain and I are old friends. Hospitalized myself more than once that way after collapsing.
