I know people like this, sadly. Who deliberately go to a place really for one purpose, to be rude and offensive. Why? Because, more often than not, managers and higher-ups in the place are willing to bend over backward and give discounts to make the customer happy. So, unfortunately, this kind of behavior is often rewarded rather than actively discouraged. :-(
