I wonder, though. With, all the pain meds, and calming meds, that seem to be handed out like candy in the Alliance, with everyone having their own supply and taking it even for even potentially small stressors like telling someone how they feel, if the Alliance has ever had problem dealing with outbreaks of addiction?
