Yeah, but I can see cognisents who may have an "ick" factor to it regardless knowing that many fibers were made from still living creatures, in this case, sheep. Shearing doesn't hurt them, when done correctly which the vast majority do, and it feels good for them in the warmer months to get rid of the thick, heavy, wool.

But, still, I can see cognisants having an "ick" factor to it for the fact it's coming from a living creature. Just like I know people who shave down dogs with really long, thick, heavy fur in the summer, then wash the fur and spin it into yarn to make things like sweaters for dogs that have thinner fur. And some people in real life have an ick factor to it because it is made from dog fur.
