Sadly, I can see false "heroes" and false "herones", when the dragon says no, attacking the dragon to capture them as a prisoner, since the smart ones would realize that killing the dragon would end the flow of golden scales in the long run, end end up destroyed. :-( And the poor dragon, and those that are the dragon's friends, would have to deal with the aftermath of it.
