LOL "Poor Guy", and yes that's in quotes as sarcasm. He's trying to bleed away some of the excess money, mainly because he's obviously uncomfortable with having THAT much money all at once, hence why he has no problem paying the taxes on it, and they keep giving him MORE money on top of what he and his friends are earning from owning the planet. LOL
