This one made me tear up a bit, I have to admit. I'm heavy, 280 lbs, due to being born with a couple of genetic disorders I've been fighting my entire life. I know what it's like to be treated like absolute garbage just because I'm not the standard of "beauty" most of society views as "acceptable".

I wish I lived in that world where someone who has a birth condition like mine, despite working myself to the bone to fight it, wouldn't be viewed as a "less than human" simply because I'm not beautiful.

I'm SO glad that Adina got the hell out of there.
