I, myself, am a firearm owner. I've been taught to use almost any firearm a civilian can have. But that being said, I believe very strongly in common sense firearm control laws and certain things, such as firearm safety courses and proper licencing, being mandatory. Unfortunately, again, here in the USA I speak of, there are also far too many who believe that they should be allowed to have any firearm they want without any restrictions what so ever, and be able to fire those firearms any time they want, anywhere they want, without any repercussions.
It's no wonder the USA is number one in civilian mass-shootings in the "developed world". It's become so commonplace that it barely gets reported anymore. And yet, it's STILL illegal for the CDC and other government agencies to study firearm deaths and put out comprehensive reports on the subject, which is both ridiculous, and sickening, and it makes it very clear whose pockets the politicians live in.
