With that last one, antivaxxers / anti-maskers will actually, with threats of violence against the patient and the patient's family, tell them to shut up about having the virus, or try to claim they're lying, that they're paid actors, that the person who used to be a prominent antivaxxers / anti-masker "sold out" and is pretending for their "new masters", that the person deserves to die, etc. It's really sad.
