CEO Bess lowers quotas, removes the violent security bots, implements better health care programs, requires their people to actually TAKE their lunch breaks, punishes landlords for NOT getting the properties up to code, and punishes the water facilities for the poor water quality. The workers get healthier and wondering WTF is going on, and the landlords wet themselves in shock.

In the mean time, BESS starts seeing his fortunes increasing exponentially because his workforce is healthier, happier, and the money he shelled out for such programs starts coming back to him ten-fold, and even getting a chance at the coveted alliance TIME!
