I'm a common sense prepper. I plan for winter storms knocking out power, bad summer storms doing the same, outbreak of illness, etc. Things that are more likely to happen. However, I make it so my prepping can easily be expanded to far worse scenarios. Best part is that I plan for trade with others, things like homemade soaps, excess seeds for gardening, lessons on spinning and making clothes, etc. I even have spare spinning wheels so if things go bad, I can share with others. 😊

The smart prepper knows it's safer, and easier to survive, in a community. Sadly, there's WAY too many stupid ones out there that give the rest of us a bad name.
