In addition to mandolin practice, I'm now learning to play the tenor recorder. I know, I know, "kids learn recorder back in grade school!" Yeah, but they only learn the basics on small, cheap, soprano recorders. The tenor recorder is played pretty much the same but is lower in tone due to being much larger, and longer, than the ones the kids use, and it's been almost 30 years since I've read sheet music. LOL So between the mandolin and the recorder, I'm really starting to get a hang of sheet music again, but man, my hands hurt.
