Pel sounds like me. I don't tend to say anything when I'm not feeling well. So I just get worse and worse until I end up with a major fever, coughing heavily, and barely able to stay awake. There was a couple of times where it felt like I was coughing up mouthfuls of watery sand because I was so sick.
