I had a boss like that. I actually ended up breaking a molar gritting my teeth to keep from being impolite to the woman. Needless to say, when I quit, I gave HR an earful about her. About three days after I told them to take a long walk off a short pier into box-jellyfish-infested waters, they had over 20 others walk out, a devastating blow to a call center. Place shut down in less than 4 months after I walked out. And I'm the loyalist type that doesn't normally leave a job unless the treatment is so bad that I'm driven to it.
