Frankly that planet sounds like paradise to me. Human Liam - aka Svalbard - has an entire planet for his plants, his seed collection, to thrive, the Acras get to keep their skills sharp yet live in freedom and in peace, and those that need the plants have a place to go. And yet, at the same time, the polities that try to wreck the place for one reason or another, soon learn that doing so is a very bad idea. :-) I wonder if they'd allow colonists to move down if the people offered to help tend the gardens and crops? :-)
