The only thing is, without tourism dollars, and the CRC basically all but bankrupting the wealthy, how was the planet's remaining population to pay off the massive amounts of debt it owned and manage to make sure the rest of the remaining population was able to survive? I'd think the wealthy would say eff it and simply leave the planet? Not that I'd gripe at the ones who were born wealthy being forced to actually have a day of hard work for once in their life, but I'm curious?
