It's' always a good time to buy bitcoin if you'll hold long term, even if it's tops, it's a choice between waiting for a better price and not being in the market that whole time, but then have a better entry point and be able to sell within 1-2 years for a crazy profit, or just get in and wait longer also for a crazy profit.
