Passion for Game - Good or bad
The first thing I want to say, playing games to make money is my hobby and my main occupation right now. In Vietnam, playing games to make money has been around for a long time, but not really popular with all Vietnamese gaming communities.
If you spend too much time playing games and neglect work or study, then see how playing games like that is bad.
Parents in Vietnam do not like to see their children skipping school to hang out in internet cafes like this.

Why can I earn money from playing games?
I don't know what it's like in your country, in Vietnam, game players put a lot of money into the game so they can quickly become stronger. And Vietnam is also one of the top 10 countries that recharge the most games in the world (according to a survey by Niko Partners in 2021). And also the country with the highest percentage of adults playing games in the world.

And of course, there are things in the game that the publisher of that game can't sell to gamers, but only gamers can exchange what they have with each other. I am the one who plows resources and items to sell them for cash.
Does playing games to make money have potential at the present time?
3 years ago I started to invest more than 200 million VND (about 10,000 USD). At that time, it only took me 3 months to pay back. I think I will still stick with this job for a long time, for sure.
There are many NFT games that can make money faster without you having to invest too much in machines, such as Axie Infinity, Bomb Crypto, Lucky Unicorn... Maybe at some point, I'll also switch to NFT games, but not right now, there aren't any games that interest me yet.
Traditional games in Vietnam like "Vo Lam Truyen Ky", or global games like "Cabal M"... I can still sell resources and in-game items for cash
