1. You have two accounts.
2. The account you created today has a different email address and user name.
3. The promo requires that your email address be identical at all sites in the promo.
4. you displayed the claim page from you2surf.com and not the one from FreeAdSwap which clearly shows you have completed the required number of pages but not a member at you2surf as it's asking you to join.

1. To correct this, you will need to make sure your email address is the same at all the sites. Do a compare of your profile email address at each site and make sure they are all the same.
