안드로이드의 앱스토어인 구글 플레이 사용자들과, 개발자를 위한 소식입니다.
구글플레이에서 유료앱을 구매하였을때, 전체환불에 대한 옵션만 있었고, 인앱구매나 앱 구매 후 일정시간이 지났을때 환불받기에 까다로운 조건이 있었는데요, 이제 부분환불에 대한 옵션이 생겼습니다.
위 스샷과 같이 구글 플레이 콘솔(개발자)의 주문관리 메뉴에서 부분 환불에 대한 옵션 설정이 가능합니다. 개발자가 설정시, 사용자는 환불을 받을 수 있게 되었습니다.
개발자는 설정하는 부분은 환불 비율, 세금 입니다.
또한 환불은 몇가지 조건이 있는데,
- 유료앱 구매는 부분 환불이 불가능
- 부분 환불은 2018년 3월 부터의 구매만 가능
- 몇몇 지불 방법은 부분 환불이 불가능
- 'Subscribe with Google' 주문은 부분 환불이 불가능
