It started by stating the fact that one ministry can't grow beyond the man in charge of that person's growth. The pastor determined the growth or the limitations of the work. I also learnt that nothing in the agenda of God encourages barrenness as God wants us and our ministry to be fruitful in every aspect of life. Genesis 1 Vs 27.
I also learnt that Multiplication is only the direct effect of fruitfulness. We first get fruitful before multiple. Sometimes we misinterpret passion as leading. We should not take envy as direction also. We should not consider desire at times as instruction. We should focus on being fruitful and then we will end up multiplication. John 15 Vs 1.

What to do as a minister For a Fruitful Ministry
(1). You must be Apostolic
I also learnt that knowledge can be a limitation and can also be an empowerment depending on that type of knowledge. When you have a fruitfulness mindset, instructions will come along that line. Faith begins when the will of God is known. As a pastor or minister, you must be bold to take new steps and enter into new territories.
(2). You must be Prophetic
If with what Jesus carried, he was still humble and went after souls, we should still go after souls also. We should desire to want more. We should always remember that the time is short and we have more to do for God. The apostolic grace is the penetrating Grace. We should not be scared, we should be bold to carry out that which God is putting in our heart. Every pastor of a local church must touch the prophetic Grace. No man should pastor without the revelational gift.
(3). You must be an Evangelist.
Apostle Muyiwa said something "You can listen to me and your life will not change but you can't do what I ask you to do and your life will remain the same" When there is passion, the prophetic breakthrough. The easiest way for the prophetic to break through in your ministry is through intercessors. I learnt that the truth will never drive people away. We must raise an army of evangelists because you can't do it alone. It is sheep that give birth to sheep, not shepherds.
(4). You must be Gigantic
God called you at that level but does not want you to be at that level. You must be the sound teacher of the word of God. You must focus more on the prayer of utterance. What to learn as the teacher of God's word is to learn how to communicate the mind of God through his word. Make the message simple and not deep alone. The people did not come to church to be confused. We should stay away from extremes.
