BTC is up ! was it because of China's president's announcement ?

Well ... its been a phenomenal few days when BTC 's price just shot up from 7.3k at its lowest to 9.4k and could all of this be because of the announcement by the president of China on their stand on blockchain ?

Well .. a lot of speculators are saying that its one of the side effects of the announcement. Which is great for all of us. Even steem has gone up by about 5% today and we are hoping that this bullish trend will continue on.
