I'm sure that there are many occurrence of Financial Institution making bold claims of BTC dumping to the all time low when the markets looks really bleak and then suddenly turns around and says its going to go ballistic.
Can't help it but to just laugh out loud when you see these happening. For us in the cryptoverse .. we're just chilling and its like any other day.
