I harvest some home grown all natural grapes and decided to turn them into wine.
I ordered a 1 gallon glass jar from Amazon with fast shipping, unfortunately due to poor packaging it was broken :(,
Well I got in touch with them and I received incredible service the best I have gotten from them or from any company really. They gave me a partial refund and send me a brand new gallon with next day shipping.
As you can see from the video they did not manage to fix the packaging ...and thats fair if they did it that quickly I would be impressed and would by some Amazon stock lol .
I got lucky even though it was the same packaging this time the bottle survived and they also threw in some extra yeast so was happy about that, looking forward to tasting the wine I make.
