not quite but similar, its having multiple computers working together, so I have my server and its running all sort of stuff at the moment if it fails so does everything running on it, now if I have another computer setup as a cluster it can take over and make sure there is no down time, and if the cluster is over the internet that is even more powerful since then even if my home lost connection this other machine on another network can keep the service going
