A little while back I bough an electric scooter to get to work, the street I got to take is a mess and the scooter is faster than a car with all that traffic due to never ending construction.
I got it from Amazon for a 1000 bucks CAD, it came in quickly seemed ok but unfortunately I got a flat tires very quickly due to the construction mess, it was a struggle to fix but unfortunately it was one of many flats to come , after the second flat I wrote a review on amazon about how I got flats within a month, this would not be a problem with solid tires, anyway a few months after that I get an email from someone that appears to be from Gotrax (the manufacturer of my scooter) they say we are really sorry about your experience and would love to make things right, they asked for my address.
I thought they may send me some tires or something but no I open my damn door and I see a giant box that looks familiar, I knew what it was but I just couldn't believe it but I open the box and sure enough there is a brand new scooter inside.
The tires are still the same so I can still catch a flat but it seems they improved the overall build quality/quality control.
Now I know they get the scooters for way less and what not but still that's at least 500 bucks with shipping to "make things right" I think its pretty cool and I'm happy with my free scooter.
