In this post I share 2 coins I got for free from the private seller I bought a bunch of silver from and have been sharing with y'all for the last little while.
Well unfortunately the coins he gave me for free have no silver content and one of them is probably almost totally worthless but more on that one in a bit
Let's start with this Soviet coin from 1945 it has some numismatics value nothing crazy but it was free , I will probably try to sell or trade it at some point as I like to stick to collecting circulation coins with silver and gold content.

Now for some bs , I received another gift however this one came along with a story and the seller told me that this penny was defaced to scrape off some copper during the war,
Now I did not really say anything but I was very sceptical but since it was free so can't really go wrong, I think there was cases in history when things like this would occur, I just think this defaced penny from 1952 dosen't belong to that category.
