But between the content I create for my business and renovating the house and planning our next trip (and my ongoing commitment to heal my body and mind) I just wasn't getting to it. So, when @new.thinga suggested I try tracking my steps on Actifit, something he's now done for years, I thought, "Why not? Let's give it a go." This, here I am. I want these to be decent, standalone posts. Not, "I did 1300 steps today" (which is about how much my phone managed to record). Or "I did over 14,000 steps today (which is what my WATCH managed to record). But rather, a genuine expression of my experience for the day; what I'm thinking, feeling, focused on. So, that's the plan. This serves as post number 1. No doubt I'll have more to share tomorrow. But I wanted to start with something easy. Like a short walk, through the bush, in the light drizzling rain, as captured by Brad in the photo above. Thanks for reading!
