@nextcolony / Explorer lassen sich nicht starten / Explorer cannot be started - DEU/ENG

Hallo Steemians und @nextcolony Gamer.

Ein Update zu meinen Erkundungen in der @nextcolony Galaxy mit Fragen.

Ich habe meinen Mission Control Skill wieder um einen Level erhöht und wollte gerade weitere Explorer auf erkundung schicken.
Leider muss ich feststellen das der Button "EXPLORE NOW" nicht hinterlegt ist und ich keinen von den beiden Explorern verschicken kann.
Warum kann ich die Explorer nicht verschicken?

Und was bedeutet: "Planet -12/5" hinter "Available Mission User 4/22" ?

Kannst Du ( @oliverschmid ) mir bitte helfen ?

  An update to my explorations in the @nextcolony Galaxy with questions.
  I have increased my Mission Control Skill by one level again and just wanted to send more explorers on exploration.
  Unfortunately I have to find out that the button "EXPLORE NOW" is not stored and I can't send either of the two explorers.
  Why can't I send the Explorer?
  And what does "Planet -12/5" behind "Available Mission User 4/22" mean?
