Idk. I've seen people talking about not upvoting comments since the hardfork but not known what the change was that affects that and I asked hitmeasap why they weren't upvoting comments since the change and they said this "Well, you can upvote comments, but most people have stopped doing that because it basically cost you more than voting on posts. So, instead of upvoting comments, people have started to upvote more posts" and I wasn't sure what they meant about it costing more.
