I don't get why this gets downvoted on a decent number of posts. Isn't it an accessibility feature to help users? From what I understand, if the steem front ends are structured properly this should be unnecessary because websites in general should be structured properly in order to work properly with text to speech programs that people use to control the whole computer, but what you have made here is an accessibility feature still and is a good thing. If no-one uses it, it still does no harm and it might help someone.
