O Holy Ghost, divine Spirit of light and love, I bless to Thee my comprehension, my heart and my will, my entire being for time and for time everlasting. May my comprehension be constantly dutiful to Thy wonderful motivations and the lessons of the heavenly Catholic Church, of which Thou workmanship the dependable Guide; may my heart be ever aggravated with affection for God and of my neighbor; may my will be ever adjusted to the perfect will, and may as long as I can remember be a devoted after of the life and excellencies of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to whom with the Father and Thee be respect and greatness for ever. So be it.
