Yes...its name Tiger Beetle (Meno-chilus sp).

Tiger Beetle (Meno-chilus sp) is of the most common species of insects found in open areas and exposed to sunlight, such as yard, field, etc.

The Tiger Beetle has long, slender legs, wings and antennae on its head just as the species of insects in general.
