Hello dear friends, Welcome to my content. Today I will try to tell you about my grandfather's historical mill and our day trip to the lake. My grandfather's father built the old building you see in the picture. The main purpose of the building is to obtain and trade flour from grain products. My grandfather's father passed away after trading in this building for a short time.
Later, my grandfather continued to run the place. Since there are not many flour mills in the surrounding areas, people usually come to this place and grind flour. My grandfather was engaged in this business from his youth until his death and made a living. However, after the dam project, the amount of water became too high, and the mill was submerged under water, so it could not be used after the project. Unfortunately, he died a short time later.
After a while, when the amount of water in the dam decreased, the mill reappeared. However, the structure was destroyed by being under water and became unusable. What you see in the middle is only this skeletal structure. Those who come to visit from outside regions visit this place and take pictures. The mill is now integrated with the dam. They adapted to each other.
The area is now mostly used as a picnic and camping area. From time to time, fishermen also visit and fish. In addition, the spring water flowing into the lake creates a small stream and adds beauty to the landscape. Young people, who are overwhelmed by the heat in the summer, come to swim and enjoy the water. When we went, we had a picnic and swam. We spend time in this beautiful place whenever we have the opportunity in the summer.
