look at it from other side. i usually don't check what people do with their hive (except maybe when i see someone getting high rewards and not interacting). if you owned a large stake, would you want to reward someone that is engaged on the platform, not powering down everything and selling it (and by that not supporting others with his stake), while you hold your stake and reward him so he can sell more.

and to add, i know few people that are selling almost everything but i have no problem with voting posts if i enjoy them.
