In this drawing, I explore the theme ZIP through the simple but expressive form of an open zipper. I was inspired by the everyday object and it's ability to bring two separate sides together or pull them apart.
Using black pen and hatching technique, I focused on it's structure and details, turning an ordinary object into an interesting subject for artistic expression.
