Here is my new artwork, I carefully created this to enlightened us about the Virtuous women out there in the world.
This drawing is a celebration of the beauty, strength and character of a woman. Beyond her outward appearance lies a spirit shaped by courage, resilience, patience and determination.
A Virtuous woman is hardworking and committed, facing life's challenges with grace while remaining compassionate and supportive to those around her. She understands the value of love, respect, humility, and within marriage, the beauty of mutual respect and submission to her husband.
To me, this portrait represents the quiet strength of women, the ability to remain graceful even in difficult moments and to keep moving forward despite life's struggles. It is a reminder that femininity is not weakness, it is a unique form of strength expressed through wisdom, endurance, love and grace.
For the technique, I used cross-hatching extensively to create depth, texture, light and shadow. The overlapping strokes give the portrait a more dimensional and expressive appearance while adding character to the face and hair.
