It's nice to still post here even when I am occupied with a lot.
This drawing captures a beautiful moment of genuine happiness as if, a moment, she has forgotten everything around her simply allowed herself to enjoy the moment.
The bold outline and careful hatching bring out the character in the expression, while the flowing hair adds softness and movement to the piece.
To me, it represents joy that doesn't need an explanation, just a feeling that speaks for itself.
