As far as 'soft play'? If you are going to have a team tournament you might want to know that I'm playing for the team. If that means folding Aces into a call so it is. Team is at least the sum of it's individuals, and good teams are better than that. You want to avoid soft play? Make it an individual tournament. That was easy.
