I've voice recorded the last two 'enforcement' stops. Like you, not to share but to cover my own ass. I really do like having coverage.

Border Patrol Checkpoints: I answer that I am a citizen of Arizona. Once in a while I'll allow that I am an American. If pushed I tell them where I was born. I'm almost never pushed.

I'll go check out some of the videos, but honestly? I'm not too horribly fond of some one who makes a living via lawsuit. Just sayin'
