Damn. I forgot to post my pictures on Monday.

I got a new pellet grill, so made my chicken taco recipe partly on it. Turned out pretty darn good.

In construction. You can tell by the color of the meat/bean mix that I got enough adobo sauce in it.
Yeah, I used my best China for Easter.
