It's cool country and something for everybody. I really, really like the east (too many people in the west :)). I was sick near Paulina. Population 65. It's now one of my favorite places. A real live honest to God General Store and a gas pump. What more could I ask for?

Pro Tip: Right now is a good time for Eagle viewing on the Spokane River. When I lived just above the river they'd land in my trees...
