Woke up quite early in the morning today and finished a few episodes of Naruto Shippudden and mehh I don't know I felt like eating something new, like perhaps trying out a new cuisine.
Mangalore has limited options for international cuisine so I thought why not head down to Bangalore, India for a day or two on a mini food trip.
This is my first day time travel by bus to Bangalore ughhh, I usually don't do day travels because it's boring I prefer traveling in the night because when I wake up in the morning i'm already at my destination.
And to make it even more excitingly painful the two main hill side section (Ghats) were closed of due to landslides and torrential down pour so my only way to reach bangalore is VIA Mysore Road which take 10 freaking long hours SIGH else through the Ghats it was just about a 7 hour drive from Mangalore.
Oh I forgot to mention I'm traveling by bus, I usually pick the cheapest mode of transportation because that way I spend less on travel and more on food 馃槀 this has been my pro tip for years now.
1st Image: Travel from the bus stop to the main bus depot where I catch the Mangalore - Bangalore bus2nd Image: The from my window seat
It sucks to travel alone but when you have no one to accompany you what can you really do. It's easier to live a good and easy life without depending on people now yeah ?
I started playing Pokemon Go had to feed my lil Charmander, Even did a few battles to pass the time. Few hours into the journey the bus had a 15 minutes quick stop for those who wanted to have refreshments, So I got down and got my self some Egg Puffs (Contains Half A Boiled Egg, Some Indian Masalas And Vegetables In A Puff Pastry)
Almost towards the end of the journey the bus halted for lunch at this veg place called Kadamba which is somewhere in between the Mangalore-Bangalore Highway, Wasn't really that hungry so I just took a plate of Gobi Manchurian.

After 10 extremely boring hours I finally made it to Bangalore now all I had to do was get to the nearest Metro Station to reach Indiranagar. I really love travelling in metros because it's just fun, convenient and faster. In places like Bangalore & Mumbai trust me travelling by road will be a pain because of the massive traffic present every single time.
Thankfully I carry my metro card with me and thankfully there was some amount of money in it for me to travel to my stop else I had to struggle again to recharge the damn card 馃槀
I finally reached Indranagar, Bangalore and caught a Cab to my room and checked myself into Zostel, Zostel is one of the largest and oldest networks of hostels and homes in mother India. It has presence in 44 cities in India and Nepal and is quite famous with the foreign crowd.
Basically any city I travel to I search for the cheapest option to stay as well this place is just Rs 599 (8.08 $) a night. Pretty cool right!!! It's a mixed dorm BTW so if your lucky you'd be sharing the room with a bunch of gals HAHA
I quickly freshened up and went straight to Starbucks which was right around the corner so that I could finally pend down today's journey for my HIVE post. Also I've meaning to pay a visit to Starbucks ever since i've read @purepinay Starbucks Reserve Post ughhh I wish India had a Starbucks Reserve 馃挃
Well that's pertty much it for today, Tomorrow's going to be LIT day for me got lots planed for tomorrow.
P.S These images suck because they are from my damaged phone 馃槶 I take better pictures ughh
