It seemed @hr1 may be partially complicit in this. He is shown to be a big player involved in this. @jerrybanfield is involved but only cause he is a bid bot and they pulled him in by bidding.

As far as I can tell, @hr1 is not a bid bot. So why the up votes for these accounts?

I should be clear, I don't mean to flag @hr1. Hr1 could not be malicious at all. He up votes a LOT of people. I just think the question should be asked.

I'm sure hr1 could spread light on the issue
