This is another aspect to it.. I have never thought of it this way till now as most times in my country we say time is money implying the more time you waste, the more money you lose.

I guess a 40% rise is a worthy rise but what if there is a massive bull run within the six months you are not paid and so you missed out on investment opportunities?
