This is one very good advice. You don't want to be stuck in a place where you are not comfortable. I also get the feeling of wanting to leave a space that is not yours. For me, I don't like to be a burden.
Over here you pay to view accommodation which is unlike South Africa which doesn’t attract a fee. Also, you pay 3 monthly deposits while in SA, you pay for just a month.
In Nigeria, its so bad that the so called agents just want to keep collecting your money for no reason just because you want to get a house.
Atleast the rent is 3 monthly, you know how it is here na.
Some people ask for 2 years which sometimes can be very annoying
