Coconut juice

I was holding a glass with buko juice. Since our weather here is hot so we made a buko juice to ease the hot in our body.

This is the young fresh coconut meat i get the meat by using coconut shaver and spoon.

This is the water of the coconut it is useful for cleansing in our body. My mom said the water has a lot of benefits in our body and it is also can cure U.T.I

After i get the meat out of the coconut shell i mixed all the ingredients in a pitcher with the condense milk doreen. I also put a big ice to make it cold.

I also put the ice in my glass to be sure that the buko juice is cold when im about to eat.

This is the condensed that i used for the buko juice. I used this brand of condensed its because its a low prize than the other brand of condensed milk.

We broke the coconut into half by using machete this is a half of the meat of the coconut.

Hello to my fellow hiver's all around the world. Today i want to share how do i make my own dessert coconut juice also known it here in visayas dialect as buko juice. We pilipinos loves to eat buko juice specially when its a young meat of a coconut its delicious and nutrious to our body. Since we have a plenty coconut in our place yesterday my mom asked someone to get the coconut and today we made a buko juice for ourselves. Buko juice is very popular in our province some people sale it to the market 25 pesos each bottle.But when it sales to the city probably the price of each bottle are 30 to 35 per bottle its a little bit expensive compared in the province. Today my cousin and i enjoyed the cold buko juice since we dont usually eat this food everyday since no one is always available to climbed the coconut trees.
