Today i want to share with you this motivational story.
So here we go:
I'm Ikram from Fez. I am 20 years old. I study in the Faculty of Literature and Human Sciences and I work in "Webhelp". I was born without my hands. My family was shocked, especially my parent, because they started thinking about how I was going to live and to go to school. Praise to Allah, I grew up and went to an ordinary school instead of attending a special school. I was brilliant; I had good marks.
My relationship with my surroundings is good, built upon love and respect. Everyone loves me even the people I don’t know. I have never thought that my disability is a bad thing or something that I should be ashamed of; on the contrary, I believe it is a natural difference, an aspect that distinguishes me from the other. True, I'm not the only person with a disability, but mine gave me a positive value: every time people see me, they instantly love me, they pray for me even though they don’t know me, which makes me extremely happy. I'm living a beautiful life and I do the things I like. I have a lot of friends, I go out and I like travelling, thanks to my parent who support me and help me.
I have dreams and life goals and I have trust in Allah that I will fulfill them all, for my desires and determination are strong.
All in all, I want to let people know that there is no hopelessness in life. As long as we are alive and breathing, Allah will always be bestowing us with His blessings, for which we should be thankful. I want to let people know that we must fight to for what we want. I have always believed in the saying “be the best or don’t be".
