In the Supreme Court, a transgender has filed petitions for not having separate columns in the PAN card. While hearing the petition, the Supreme Court has issued notice to the Central Government. The court has directed the Center to file an answer within eight weeks.
According to the petitioner, the column for transgender in the base is not in the pan card. Therefore, the base and pan links can not be. Because of this, he is not able to file his income tax return. Because he is not getting the letter of entrepreneur
Even before this, a petition has been filed in the Transgender Supreme Court and has filed petitions for not having separate columns in the PAN card. During the hearing on the matter, the central government assured the solution. The Center had said that we do not want anyone to have any inconvenience.
