There are many things that we do not want to do, and sometimes under compulsion, we have to do many things that we never want to do. I can say that there must have been a similar turn in the lives of all of us when we were forced to do whatever we did not want to do. There comes a time in all of our lives when we have to do a job. Even if it is our compulsion or we do it out of passion. Most people do jobs out of compulsion because who wants to do a job? Do you want to?

When we decide to do a job, it becomes very difficult to get a job of our choice, if you are very talented then it is something special. I believe that people are very lucky when they get to live the life they want. But there are many people among us who are forced to do work which they do not want to do or which they do not like.

I consider myself lucky that I got computer-related work in my own city. I am not able to earn much even after going to the cities I go to, but I earn a decent amount while sitting in my own city and I get to eat food at home, what more is needed than this? What do my friends think I may have all my money but misfortune is not the year or the truth. Staying at home does not mean that all the money is saved, a lot is spent at home too, so it is a common thing to spend it.

If I ever get offered a call center service center or marketing job in my life, I would never want to do it. Even if he is paying me good money, he still does not. There comes a time when we do not want money but peace, some of my close people are in marketing and some used to work in service centers also. I didn't like their lifestyle and it was very sad to see. I consider myself lucky that I didn't have to do what they all did. Yes, when you reach a higher position, you get some relief, you do not have to talk to people, but still, there is pressure.

To complete so many targets in a day and so much in a month, your superiors put pressure on you and you put pressure on your juniors. Everything continues like this here, if you are in the service center then even if you are in the troubleshooting department, your life is a little better. If you are also in sales then life seems very difficult. There also all the targets are the same, if you want to earn extra money from some salary then you have to achieve at least some targets. If you are not able to do something then it makes a difference in many things for you and it is possible that you may be fired from it at any time.

If you do door marketing then it is a different kind of headache, it is very difficult to convince people, and that too at the expense. One of my close brothers is a team leader in a good company. About 20 boys work under him, and even though he does not have to go with them, it still gives him a lot of headaches. When the boys below him could not work, he too had to go somewhere to increase sales. So the overall thing is that it is less headache and if the target is not achieved then listen to the officers above you and sometimes abuses are also heard. Sometimes the environment also deteriorates and sometimes people even commit suicide due to not achieving the target and it is very sad to see that I lose my life just for the sake of a job.

So I think these are enough reasons why I don't like this job, even though I don't like it but it is very important for every company and many people do it with great dedication here and they get very good. One gets results but not everyone is able to do it here, not everyone has the same ability. Only someone who is born to do different things can do them well.
